Job Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the airlines social media strategy and managing the Email marketing campaigns
- Create, edit, and publish original Arabic and English contents that meet the airline marketing strategy
- Create social media calendar and optimize the pages to increase visibility and brand awareness
- Analyzing the social media channels performance and benchmarking against best practices
- Moderate the page, respond to customers comments & inquiries, and generate a daily report about customers feedback and complaints
- Collaborate with other departments (Sales, network planning, Corporate and Human resource)
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in digital marketing.
- Minimum of experience 5 years in marketing fields.
- Familiar with the SalamAir network of destinations with a complete understanding of the cultural, political, and religious aspects within the network.
- Expertise in using all social media platforms; Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube.
- Previous experience in using Hootsuite and Active Campaign is an advantage.
- Positive attitude with good multitasking and organizational skills.
- Excellent Copywriting skills (English and Arabic).
