- Responsible and accountable to manage the multi-discipline maintenance CONTRACT team for planning, coordination, and execution of CONTRACT activities to meetCONTRACT scope of work and requirements of the CONTRACT.
- Ensure the implementation of HSSE and quality for the scope of work to meet COMPANY standards and procedures.
- Plan associated activities, acquire the resources and mobilize all required personnel and equipment on time.
- Organize the internal and external logistics and resources to execute routine, critical and urgent maintenance WORKS.
- Maintain a competency management system for all employees.
- Ensure Omanisation and ICV element of the CONTRACT is fulfilled.
- Manage the development of CONTRACTOR Omani national employees.
- Improve staff productivity in an operating site and creatively.
- Manage all the works as stated in the scope of work.
- Ensure the work is carried out based on the CONTRACT principle
Requirements
Degree or HND in Mechanical discipline.
More than 15 years experience in maintenance work (preferably in mechanical) in the petrochemical/oil and gas or power generation industry with at least 7 years of experience in leading maintenance roles and working as Site Manger or its equivalent.
English language read, write and speaking to IELTS level 6
Knowledge in Planning, scheduling, cost leadership & Maintenance Execution
Knowledge in Planning, scheduling, cost leadership & Maintenance Execution
People Management & Change Management
Robust knowledge of safety aspects of working in a petrochemical/oil and gas industry.
Knowledgeable on quality systems and can perform regular audits to demonstrates compliance to COMPANY requirements.
Good skill for managing a maintenance organization even during emergencies.
Knowledgeable of industry standards, DEPs and relevant international codes.
Proven leadership qualities and be able to organize a large site maintenance team of different disciplines and manage the site organization independently.
Experienced in using CMMS to perform the work, report cost and KPI performance.
Knowledgeable on quality systems and can perform regular audits to demonstrates compliance to COMPANY requirements.
