Arabian Businessis seeking a senior reporter keen to work on creating content across print and digital platforms for the dynamic Middle East business industry. The Senior reporter produces content that informs, provokes, and inspires an audience of industry professionals. This is an exciting opportunity for a reporter seeking a fast-paced work environment at a major publishing house who is keen to take on new challenges.

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and creative writer to join our Arabian Business team, with a passion for telling thought-provoking stories.


Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Assist in creation of Arabian Business content
  • Monitor social media and wires for breaking news stories relevant to our audience
  • Conduct interviews with thought leaders from around the region
  • Develop Arabian Business editorial voice
  • Propose insightful, timely, and though-provoking reports for publication
  • Maintain clear communication with Editors
  • Take on reviews, attend events and undertake an ambassadorial role for Arabian Business
  • Assist in brainstorming sessions to create content


Requirements
  • Excellent English writing and editing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in tight deadlines
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Good time management
  • Track record in breaking stories
  • 5+ years of journalism experience
