Job Description
Provide project status reports as requested by senior project management
Lead team of multidisciplinary technical leads
Assure strategy, priorities, schedule and delivery impacts are communicated to team leads
Report to Assistant Program Director
Requirements
20+ years of proven experience in managing construction projects
In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
Good knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with construction/ project management software
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
A team player with leadership abilities
