- Enhancing the company’s HR department by implementing employee relations and HR policies, programs and practices
- Ensure that HR strategies and objectives in his station are set, clear, communicated and implemented, in coordination with the HRBP, and is on line with the corporate strategic business plan of the statio
- Support HR business partner in implementing station and HR strategy and plans effectively
- Assist HR business partner and station manager in implementing any strategic local or corporate HR projects
