- Lead the design review of all earthworks and structural elements in the DED.
- Review and approve the Contractor’s proposed geotechnical investigations for earthworks and structures.
- Review and approve the design of temporary works, including shuttering and scaffolding, for suitability and safety during construction.
- Review and approve the construction schedule for all earthworks and structural elements, in consultation with the Materials/Pavement Engineer.
- Review and approve the Contractor’s proposed quality assurance and quality control systems and procedures for earthworks and structural works.
