- Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans, conferring with management.
- Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning personnel to phases when applicable, and reviewing projects’ documents.
- Determines Client/Customer requirements, performance projects’ standards, completes detailed technical design requirements, prepares structural reports, BOQ/ Cost Estimates, and Specifications.
- Responsible to ensure the safety standards of the bridges and buildings design is strong and durable.
- Responsible for ensuring the government standards in the design, including materials used and structural elements.
