Job Description
An amazing opportunity to work with a well-known, award winning International Interior Design firm. They are looking for aSenior Architect with a minimum of 5 years experience to be based in their Dubai office.Were looking for a qualified/licensed Architect who can be responsible for preparing bids, project proposals, managing staff and completing projects from the design phase through to construction.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors in Architecture.
- You should have a strong background working on bespoke residential projects in the Middle East region.
- Demonstrate experience using Middle East building regulations.
- Client liaison experience, working along side them to create a brief that theyre happy with and is compliant with building standards.
- Manage consultants and sub-consultants, including civil, structural and MEP consultancies.
- Oversee and manage the project across various disciplines.
- Ensure that projects are kept on schedule and on budget.
- Demonstrate previous leadership expertise.
