Summary:
A security Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for:
Making sure that Kaizen Quality Standard is followed across the projects and HSE standards are maintained.
Training Security Staff for kaizen standards / Inspections requirements. The ideal candidate is a Certified SIRA supervisor and has experience in dealing with Health and Safety Dubai regulations.
Implementation of Quality Standards:
Experienced in security Procedures and Quality of security services .
HSE Measures / Regulations Risk Regulatory:-
HSE Compliance, Ensure sites are maintained to the required standards
Ensure building health and safety.
Detect any risk on site and report it to the management/ Manager
Security Staff Training / Inspections standard
Capable to train and manage Strong Staff of security .
Tracking security performance .
Accept and Recommend deployed security staff on site.
Training of Kaizen Security Standards
Team Performance Management / Monitor role
Capable to Monitor and Manage Strong Staff
Requirements
- Site Management
- 3 years experience as a security supervisor
- Certified SIRA Supervisor
- Very good communication skills
- Strong character
