Design, operate, and integrate Salesforce service cloud to enable the best customer experience and contact center efficiencies across the business.
Using best practices in Salesforce administration and implementation to enhance user experience
Work on Salesforce automation (Process builder/Flows) to streamline business processes
Drive digital transformation for customer touchpoints, leveraging Digital engagement in the service cloud.
Work cross-functionally with product teams and manage multiple stakeholders' expectations, facilitate business requirements and develop solutions for the teams
Day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the Salesforce clouds
Build key reports and dashboards, data administration, and integrity using Salesforce shield.
Recommend new features and improvements to drive efficiency and grow the use of the platform.
Maintain overall documentation of the salesforce implementation, business processes, and customer journeys.
