- • Manage and respond to RFQs in line with customer’s need for Express, FCL, LCL, Airfreight with clear and concise verbal and written communication to ensure accurate pricing as per client requirement
- Effectively manage high volume of air/ sea RFQs. • Respond to client RFQ s
- Manage feedback from customers analyzing the responses to understand the impact on RFQs
- Effectively communicate with carriers and build relationships with key decision makers.
- Follow up with the carriers on shipment updates/documents.
