- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and evaluate customer needs
- To sell the company’s products/services by expanding contacts and providing proper information, guidance, and support, and further developing long-term relationships with the Client's
- To recommend new opportunities and improvements for maximising profits
- To closely study the current market trends for a product and identify enhancements
- Ensuring timely delivery of the products and services to the customers
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Achieving sales target
- Preparation of Quotations, Sales reports, Purchase Orders, Invoices, etc.
