Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our real estate properties, including online advertising, social media campaigns, email marketing, and other channels as needed.
Conduct market research to identify potential tenants / clients and analyze market trends to improve our marketing and sales strategies.
Develop and maintain relationships with Tenants /clients and responding to their inquiries and providing guidance on real estate investments.
Coordinate with our sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies, including negotiating deals and closing sales.
