Responsibilities

Company-compliant Business Management System maintenance
Maintain ISO 45001, 9001, and 14001 accreditations.
Maintain Client(s) contractual reporting tools and share statistics with company daily, weekly, and monthly. Manage active achievement of Quality Management Plan and KPI targets therein. Measure Contract personnel performance and awareness to behavioral safety and Client(s) process and protocol.
Conduct monthly site visits and report improvement possibilities to Business Line Manager and help implement Maintain and develop the matrix of permitted activities
Help clients and stakeholders analyze Hazop, SIMOPS, Hazid, and SWIFT.
Assist in Project/Contract personnel development, approvals and communication with authorities.
Monitor and maintain systems awareness among the site, office and project staff. Client-specific awareness coaching
Under the contract(s), advise on underwater safety and improvement.
Other work duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor degree.
NEBOSH International General Certificate, TechIOSH certificate preferred.
NEBOSH International Technical Certificate in Oil & Gas Operational Safety preferred.
NEBOSH HSE Certificate in Health & Safety Leadership preferred.
Professional Experience: 510 years in a similar job with offshore, ROV, and diving operations.
