Ensure all planned rigging activities are executed as per approved rigging study.
Ensure that sub-contractors comply with all rigging procedures and processes.
Ensure that sub-contractors comply with all agreed upon rigging equipment safety check list.
Ensure that sub-contractors conform to the Workface preparation planning.
Responsible for profit & losses.
Responsible for execution excellence.
Responsible for validating all rigging studies done by sub-contractors.
