• You must have strong teamwork skills. Experience working in a multicultural environment is an added advantage. Must be fluent in spoken and written English. • Must be able to communicate effectively with peers, less experienced staff, field staff and management • Must have experience in directing less experienced engineers. • Must be familiar with reserves assessment, classification and reservation (SPE PRMS or SEC standards). • Experience interpreting transit well testing, material balance modeling and forecasting vertical and horizontal well performance desirable • Experience working in mature oil/gas fields. • It is desirable to have experience in reservoir fluid sampling, fluid properties modeling, routine and special fundamental analysis.
