- Store Audit Program Implement the regional Quality Assurance Audit Programs for Retail Stores to ensure that all the stores in the region are complying to the Company Food Safety Policies Procedures Regulatory Authorities Instructions in order to sell Safe and High Quality foods to our customers and prevent any Food Poisoning cases Prepare QA Audit reports for stores based on Company QA Standards QA Checklist to ensure that all violations have been captured and highlighted in order to allow operations team to take the necessary corrective and preventive actions
