Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all Front Office Recruitment, including Corporate, Investment Banking and Markets
• Manage exec level recruitment
• Managing a team of 6+ made up of recruitment managers, coordinators and direct recruiters
• Responsible for talent acquisition across mentioned business units across MENA region
• Engaging with senior level stakeholders
• Strong commercial acumen and proven success in managing SLA and KPI delivery
• Preferred candidate will have agency or RPO experience
