Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Strategy
• Assist the Practice Head and Program Manager to manage operation of projects efficiently and achieve required balance between material and manpower cost without impacting delivery quality or targets.
• Ensure that the department’s business plans are met through efficient staffing that maintains agreed budgets and timelines.
• Ensure the implementation of goals, objectives, policies and work standards in all the projects according to the policies, procedures and local laws and regulations.

Customer
• Ensure provision of solutions to all customer business requirements through and design of innovative product solutions to improve and enhance project deliverables
• Help improve business process to ensure consistent measurable results
• Assist the practice head in making policies and procedures, manage human resources, allocate budgets, submit reports and maintain database for the managed services department
• Ensure project is completed within pre decided budget, revenue, resourcing and timelines
• Oversee the task, timelines and resources necessary to implement the project ensuring that the project stays on time and within budget
