Product Manager (Learning Design & Education Method)

• Research to create products includes: curriculum, education methods, accompanying activities before, during and after the teaching process.
  
• Work with technical team, teaching team, student success to develop, implement and measure the effectiveness of lesson plans.
  
• Participate in the development of teaching methods and teacher training. Digitize the teaching results of teachers.
  
• Project management and content development of online learning platforms.
  
• Manage product launching and updating plans.
  
• Participate in building Parent academy in Tech to orient and help parents understand the field of technology
  
• Build an R&D learning design & education method team.
  
• Evaluate the curriculum/education methods/activities throughout the curriculum to correct errors.
  
• Regularly improve the content and quality of the products to suit the needs of students.
  

Requirements

• Degree in Education or related major
  
• At least3 years of experience in jobs related to the design and development of educational product
  
• At least 1 year of project management experience, or tasks that require multiple coordination.
  
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  
• Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one s sleeves to get the job
  
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
