Improving the educational process at the school level and making it focus on student progress.
Providing support to teachers, providing training plans for those who need them, and providing guidance and advice to them.
Creating a climate conducive to education and providing an environment of care and trust.
Monitor teachers, evaluate their performance, and provide them with feedback.
Supervising and improving the educational process when needed.
