- Develop hiring strategies, and processes and implement them within our Clients to ensure our Clients is able to attract top talents globally. You will define what “Exceptional” looks like at our Clients .
- Build candidates’ excitement for joining our Clients in creative ways to ensure our Clients is able to attract top talents globally. Facilitate and provide a consistent best-in-class new hire experience globally.
- Act as a business partner to the senior executive leadership to build the employee culture and successfully implement people solutions that support our Clients growth and transformation.
- Provide general support to employees on all People related questions through a variety of support channels. Assist with the nuts & bolts of helping things run smoothly from an HR/compliance standpoint. Be the point person for benefit/perks administration. Help write company policies and ensure adoption. Assist with new employee preparation & onboarding.
