Assist in production and maintenance of par stock of pastry and dessert with proper rotation of products.

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry and bakery section.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the pastry and bakery section of the kitchen.

Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, bread, savoury snacks, traditional and modern recipes.

Create/ develop, design, or create new ideas and items for the pastry kitchen.

.

Create new and exciting desserts to refresh the Café/ Restaurant menu and engage the interest of customers.
