• Process non-financial and financial post issue transactions.
• Complete and create correspondence relating to post issue transactions.
• Respond to direct service requests or inquiries from policyholders, sales agents, call centers, and others regarding a wide range of financial, legal, product, and policy/contract specific issues.
• Provide interpretation of policy/contract provisions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Processes intermediate to moderately complex non-financial transactions and basic financial transactions
• Explains all decisions made on policy changes or issues and provides detailed supportive documentation
• Responds to basic to complex inquiries, resolves simple to complex problems
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and applicable work experience;
• Good oral and written communication skills for both Arabic and English
• In depth knowledge and understanding of insurance terminologies, terms and conditions stipulated in policy contracts.
• Perform user acceptance testing - creation of test cases/scenarios, testing functionality against test cases, error identification, reporting, tracking, monitoring and closing of errors
