* Experienced in Dubai Trade Portal, Mirsal II and all admin works related in Jafza. * Experienced in logistic will be an advantage.
* Experienced in custom documentation such as Bill of Entry, Invoice, Packing List and all related documents.
* Core of the function carrying out reception/admin tasks. * Microsoft Office knowledge is a must.
* Communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Must be able to multitask, work under pressure.
* Operation of the telephone by receiving and forwarding calls/emails as well as by providing information.
* Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
* Obtain information to respond to requests by reviewing files, documents, and records.
* Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
* Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
* Any additional responsibilities or tasks assigned by the company management.
