Assessing women both pre-post deliveries forall needed diagnosis and treatments. Conductingfollow-up visits to monitor the patient’scondition. Requesting the appropriate medicaltests and based on them, following a treatmentplan. Developing effective patient careplans. Referring patients to appropriatespecialists. Ensuring that patients are stablebefore transferring them to the proper department for furtherevaluation. Providing instructions for dischargeand any relevant paperwork. Maintainingpatients' medical records. Coordinatingwith different relevant departments to ensure patients receive thenecessary treatment as may be needed. Activelyparticipate in the planning and implementation of the departmentdevelopment plans and the different manpower training programs forthe medical, technical and nursing staff in his / her area ofexpertise. Participating in the variouscommittees for the upgrading of services and organization of workwithin and outside the hospital. Participating inscheduling of on-call duties and provides on-callservices. Participating in the assessment andupdating of drug, medical supply and equipmentneeds. Participating in all relevant researchactivities related to their expertise. Performsspecial procedures as privileged.
