One of our clients, an International Insurance Company is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join their team in Riyadh, KSA.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contributes to the development and execution of KSA marketing plans to achieve business goals.
- Responsible for the overall marketing calendar and budget for KSA market.
- Partner with marketing functions leads to develop detailed marketing plans in line with the regional marketing strategies.
- Works closely with regional marketing specialists to deploy marketing and communications projects.
- Oversees and approves the creative development of marketing collateral, promotional material, content, and other marketing-related projects.
- Lead the execution of marketing and brand campaigns from start to finish, leveraging internal expertise and driving collaboration.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with vendors and agencies to implement and deliver marketing projects.
- Planning and execution of events including partner and press events Coordinate event planning, logistics and post event follow up and analysis.
- Identify and assess sponsorship opportunities followed by developing and executing on-ground sponsorship activation plans.
- Work closely with various internal stakeholders to provide the marketing support required to deliver objectives.
- Prepare reports and metrics for measuring program and event success and identifying opportunities.
- Present plans and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, insurance experience is a plus.
- Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Arabic language is a must.
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
