- Market Survey includes collecting & maintaining database of all major ongoing EPC projects in KSA, data collection or research may be related to subcontractor formation, evaluating workload of all subcontractors, progress of project, conducting surveys etc.
- Conducting surveys can be through personal interview, observations, online research, telephonic, mail etc.
- Continuous reporting to management on happenings of KSA Construction business, through weekly or biweekly report.
