Marine Tender Officer

Responsibilities:

• To assist the Commercial Manager in handling and coordinating commercial aspects of the company including, prequalifying, tendering, maintaining a database of clients, follow-ups on quotations made, scheduling appointments sending out weekly vessel position lists, Preparation and maintaining company Profile presentations, etc.
• Responsible for providing administrative support to the Commercial Department and assisting in the smooth running of the online & email marketing and tendering activities of the department
• Maintain and update the commercial database and create reports
• Assist in the collation of market intelligence information and competition profiling on a regular basis
• Market company product and service category to oil companies and service companies
• Develop company brochures & profile strategies to suit company marketing needs
• Assisting in writing and editing sales and marketing materials, which include tender articles, presentations, etc.
