• Provide expert guidance and support to clients on the use of IBM SPSS software
  
• Work with clients to understand their business requirements and develop customized solutions using IBM SPSS
  
• Conduct training sessions on IBM SPSS software for clients and internal staff
  
• Write technical documents and create presentations to explain data analytics systems and processes
  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in statistical analysis
  
• Collaborate with data security and privacy teams to ensure compliance with regulations and policies
  
• Participate in the development of project plans and budgets
  
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to statistical analysis
  
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and build repeat business
  

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
  
• At least 2 years of experience using IBM SPSS for statistical analysis
  
• Extensive experience in providing IBM SPSS consulting services to clients
  
• Strong background in statistics, including regression analysis and hypothesis testing
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  
• Knowledge of programming languages such as R or Python is a plus
