This is very important role and the incumbent will be responsible for contract and sub-contract management keeping the overall project cost & risk involved. Skillful development of contracts with vendors and suppliers. Beside planning, managing and controlling the costs related to construction projects. Providing professional and technical advice for issues related to contractual/commercial according to international contract management standard such as FIDIC. Coordination with site team to monitor progress, billing and material requirements. Should be able to handle claims related to EOT, variations and related costs. Supporting the site team for scope clarification according to the contract. Contract and sub-contract management and finalization of packages. Negotiation with vendors and selecting the vender which complies to the contract requirements. Draft and amend agreements & variation orders
