Landscape Maintenance Manager

Dreamcom is a leading landscaping company based in the UAE, dedicated to creating and maintaining breathtaking outdoor spaces that bring joy and beauty to our clients. We are currently seeking a Landscape Maintenance Manager to oversee the preservation and enhancement of our clients' landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement landscape maintenance plans ensuring the health and beauty of outdoor areas.

- Supervise maintenance staff, offering guidance for quality and efficiency.

- Coordinate regular maintenance tasks like mowing, pruning, planting, and watering.

- Inspect landscapes, identifying issues and recommending care solutions.

- Manage budgeting, procure supplies, and maintain equipment for smooth operations.

- Communicate with clients, understanding preferences, addressing concerns, and providing updates on maintenance.

Requirements & Skills:

- 3-10 years of landscape maintenance experience with hands-on and managerial roles.

- Profound knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, plant care, and pest control.

- Strong leadership skills to motivate and lead teams effectively.

- Excellent communication to interact with clients, vendors, and internal staff.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in landscape design software and Microsoft Office suite for planning and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in landscape management or related field.

- Experience with diverse plant species and landscape styles.
