Junior Manager Leasing & Communication

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing research and providing insights regarding the market, competitors, potential and existing locations and budget follow up for rent costs.
• Maintain database of the current Lease Contacts.
• Support the Head of Retail on budgeting and following up rent costs and payment.
• Organize and participate together with the Head of Retail to negotiate with the landlords for the conclusion, renewal or termination of the lease.
• Organization of the process of legal expertise for the lease agreements.
• Provide support to the Retail team. Help in solving non-standard situations within the malls or with mall management.
• Participation in the potential locations search process, coordination and implementation of the new projects.
• Support Head of Retail in Deal Pack preparation for the new projects.
• Perform extensive market research.
• Be familiar with advanced statistical analysis and research methodologies, along with common computer programs.
• Provide support and organize between contractor company and malls communication on the store opening process.
• Manage communications of retail mall marketing and assisting Marketing team with events etc.
