1. Microsoft Client Devices (Windows 7,10,11) support.
2. Microsoft Office 2019,2021 & 365 Business management and troubleshooting.
3. Microsoft Server 2019,2022 (File Permissions & audit, Firewall security).
4. Support for backup software & devices with regular backup either on-premises or on the cloud.
5. Fortinet firewall management & support.
6. Experience in Network Switches, Wireless Routers, Access Point configuration, and troubleshooting.
