- Develop and manage ad and retargeting banner programs
- Enhance existing affiliate program through relationship building with bloggers and key UK affiliates and expand to new, in market publishers
- Interact closely with the Merchandising and Creative teams to ensure brand and message consistency across marketing communications
- Review web and customer analytic data to make educated decisions about marketing programs, customer acquisition, and on-site optimizations
- Analyze, discover, and pitch new ideas for on-site testing, targeting, and key global website enhancements to senior leaders
- Act as a project manager with creative and dev to follow site enhancements targeted to international visitors
- Manages time-sensitive websites, special features, online games, Facebook apps, mobile apps, social media, search, advertising production materials and assets
- Responsible for ensuring that all worldwide sites and games are built to international technical specifications and that international kick offs are held
