- Inspection Operations
- Support in inspections of all Establishments engaged in Culture and Tourism related activities to ensure adherence to the DCT’s policies and regulations.
- Assist in issuance of warning letters with corrective actions if violations are identified and conduct follow up with inspection visits to ensure adherence to the Licensing & Regulatory Compliance standards and requirements.
- Facilitate investigation and reporting of establishments violations and suggest fines in-line with the issued laws and regulations and coordinate with other law enforcement agencies.
- Facilitate implementation of inspection and monitoring processes in line with the DCT Licensing & Regulatory Compliance standards and requirements.
- Assist in conducting random inspections for all the Establishments to ensure ongoing compliance and adherence to set standards and regulations.
