Job Description
University education or advanced study: Student in human resources, business administration, organizational psychology or a related field. Students studying in the final years of their academic program may be preferred.
Analytical skills: The ability to think analytically and process data and information. Ability to use programs such as Excel or other data analysis tools.
Interpersonal skills: Good communication skills, ability to work in a team, ability to keep sensitive information confidential. Commitment to professionalism and ethics in dealing with employees and personal data.
Basic understanding of HR: Basic knowledge of HR concepts, such as recruiting processes, performance management, training management, and job evaluation.
