Support the HR Director with the implementation of the HR compliance topics to ensure group processes are fulfilled and implemented as per company guidelines. Compliance on topics such as recruitment process and background check, diversity, equality and inclusion, whistle-blower, and DATA protection to name a few.
Role and Responsibilities
Support the HR Team with the below-listed topics to ensure the right HR processes and key HR-related activities are in place.
Performs ad-hoc tasks on requests initiated by the line manager.
Ensure full confidentiality around entire Human Resources topics.
To ensure the group guidelines and employee participation in compliance of company guidelines.
Prepare the necessary HR compliance materials for communication with management and employees.
Monitor employee participation rates for HR policies and send reminders.
Ensure all responsible managers carry out mandatory responsibilities in accordance to HR policies.
Coordinate with all Directors to ensure the group essentials are discussed, and action plans are defined and recorded.
General analytics report for HR to measure key HR KPIs, i.e. exit interviews, employee Q&A, and staff turnover.
Support with the updating of the onboarding manual for new joiners and the onboarding process.
Support with reviewing the HR processes to ensure all processes are reviewed and up to date.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Human Resource support function in the automotive field.
- Bachelor s / Master s Degree in Human Resources, Political Science, or related field.
- Good knowledge of UAE labour laws.
- Strong understanding of the importance of HR policies and processes
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of Microsoft Office software packages, especially for Excel as well as other relevant software s.
- Be able to work independently and under pressure.
- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
