Our Housing team is expanding and looking for Housing Technician with high level of knowledge in general technical skills such as Carpentry, AC Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical etc.
Requirements
As a Housing Technician,you must be a good team player, follow company safety & security policies and procedures, document all work performed. Participate and ensure complete success of preventive maintenance program of the housing. Make sure that all materials needed to perform the jobs are available prior to work commencing. Speak to employees using clear, appropriate and professional language to exchange information effectively. Able to lift, move, carry, bend, push, pull and place objects.
