Supervising daily housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure that the facility is always well-kept.
Supervising and managing other staff members
Organizing and liaising with outside contractors
Training other staff members
Organizing and overseeing maintenance of the property
Ensuring the property is always secure, clean
Organizing family and household events
Greeting and caring for guests and visitors
Serving drinks and food
Housekeeping duties
Coordinate with all household staff
Taking responsibility for the household inventory. Also ensuring that supplies are always replenished
Perform any other tasks, within reason, required by the employer

Requirements
Speaks English
University Diploma/University Graduate
Minimum 3 years of experience
Female / Male
Had worked as House Manager
Skills & Qualifications
Being a good communicator, understanding the client’s likes and dislike
Being knowledgeable on a wide range of areas related to the role
Being responsible, efficient, discreet and organized
Having a good memory is also a distinct advantage
