Establish IT departmental goals, objectives, and operating procedures; direct continuous improvement of the systems, applications, and procedures to maintain pace with technological progress, aligned to business needs.
Identify key skills and talent gaps within the IT department and support to recruit, train, and retain talent. Identify and manage external vendors in the delivery of contracted work.
