The Human Resource Head will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the HR department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent strategy.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits requirement, employee relation and ensure a consistent and integrated approach to all HR process.
  • Establish and maintain effective Human Resources policies and procedures including discipline.
  • Conduct employee orientation and introduce employees to current policies and processes.
  • Manage payroll process, submission and development of all statutory reports compensation, benefits, and other employee payments, as well as any relevant employees income certificates, to relevant parties to ensure that the reports are submitted on time and comply with rules and regulations.
  • Ensure the best possible selection of candidates (to fill existing vacancies or new positions) that are offered, by managing a team of recruitment and selection specialists.
  • Manage, monitor, and control procedures and system of payroll and compensation administration for staff at all levels, ensuring that payments will be made timely and correctly.
  • Ensure a smooth administration of human resources, safety, and security functions of the company staff absenteeism, leave, medical benefits, transfers, promotions, terminations, salary adjustments, maintenance of personnel records, and timely report the updated information to senior management.
  • Ensure all HR compliance is developed for all business units, departments, and roles such as SOP s (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Ensure all HR policies, company guidelines, procedures or processes are implemented by all employees and monitored on a regular basis.
  • Contact the government on issues and situations, as relating to labour laws and arrange for all personnels functions, travel arrangements, and requisite office supply.
  • Acts as company public relations officer to handle company administrative and internal affairs and provide professional and efficient HR administrative service to internal customers.
  • Liaison with related departments across the business on a case by case.



Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resource management in the automotive field.
  • Bachelor s / Master s Degree in Human Resources, Political Science, or related field.
  • Good knowledge of UAE labour laws.
  • Good knowledge of Dubai trade portal operation.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office software packages, especially for Excel as well as other relevant software s.
  • Be able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
