- Lead the design and development of compliance framework for ADIO
- Review ADIO Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures to support the development of a Corporate Governance and Compliance Program within ADIO
- Lead the education and training of employees on regulations and industry practices and address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance
- Lead the development of a robust whistleblowing framework and review of reports on whistleblowing activities, ensure compliance across the organization by encouraging the reporting of non-compliance activities and implementing corrective action plan within the timeframe
