Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a B2B platform in the tech hardware industry. Our client is bootstrapped by a large, established player within the same industry and is looking for an eCommerce focused commercial leader with drive and tenacity to succeed in a start-up environment. The successful candidate will lift the B2B eCommerce offering to the next level, while at the same time work on the longer-term strategy and team development to impact on the success in the Middle East and North Africa region.
- Responsible for building the B2B E-commerce business : provide thought leadership, perform research and business analysis, and support execution of high-impact strategic projects and mission-critical initiatives
- Establishing and maintaining partnerships, creating joint value to drive business growth
- Develop and implement the sales strategy for eCommerce ensuring the business delivers against sales and profitability objectives.
- Drive customer value proposition, engaging with key customers and developing better quality relationships.
- Create the GTM strategy by engaging cross-functional teams including Sales and Marketing
- Provide inputs into business planning and channel strategy planning
- Lead integration between key e-retailers, partner (vendor), and internal partners driving effective and constructive collaboration
- Build and lead of team of e-commerce professionals
Requirements
- 5+ Years of proven experience in a leadership role with in-depth exposure to E-Commerce, digital channels, GTM strategies, channel management, and demand generation
- Relevant exposure in a commercially driven role with a track record of delivering growth
- Ability to handle complexity, and communicate effectively within those scenarios
- Relentless energy and resilience to deal with challenges
- Strong analytical skills, and a curiosity about data metrics with the ability to turn analysis into useful plans (Excel and PowerPoint proficiency is key here
- Change orientated, and an energy to take others with you
