Head Chef

Responsibilities:

Charterhouse is working exclusively with an established premium dining restaurant, who is expanding their portfolio with a new location in Dubai.

They are looking to hire a Head Chef to oversee this key location, focused on fine dining Mediterranean and Arabic cuisine.

The Head Chef will be responsible for managing the culinary side and leading a team of 50 in the kitchen.

You will ensure the standards are maintained at all times, in terms of presentation, culinary experience, product quality and service level.

You will be responsible for regularly creating specials and evolving the menu to keep it new and exciting to the dedicated repeat diners.

This role will also require you to oversee inventory, cost and quality control.
