- Administer and schedule staff for each shift and assist all guest services staff to resolve all customer issues effectively.
- Assist all guests with disabilities and resolve all informational and directional queries from guests, train staff in all guest services and handle all cash transaction efficiently.
- Supervise working of all cooks and housekeepers and provide training to all to ensure effective guest services and maintain work schedule for all and allocate appropriate resources as per requirement.
