Growth Marketer

Job Brief:

Kanari AI is a leading provider of dialectal Arabic speech recognition and natural language processing (NLP) solutions. We are a fast-growing speech technology SaaS company seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Growth Marketer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for our SaaS solutions
• Conduct market research and data analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
• Develop and manage A/B testing and experimentation campaigns to optimize conversion rates and user engagement
• Optimize our website and landing pages for maximum conversion rates and user experience
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various channels, including search, social, and display
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, and customer lifecycle marketing programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, sales, and customer success, to develop and launch new product features and campaigns
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and optimization of marketing and product strategies

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing for a SaaS company
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
• Experience with user acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and funnel optimization
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including search, social, and display advertising
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
• Nice to have: Bilingual Arabic and English speaker
