Responsibilities:
• Aware of commodity or product produced and sold in sector of focus
• Develops a good degree of discipline/job-specific knowledge
• Awareness of clients’ Key Projects
• Basic understanding of Project Lifecycle in sector
• Works collaboratively with Consultants to identify and secure the best possible candidates
• Undertakes calls to current contractor workforce / recently placed permanent candidates to ensure quality service is maintained and to seek candidate referrals
• Ensures all live jobs are posted on available tools
• Can identify which clients we should be headhunting from and can undertake such calls appropriately
• Can sell candidates that they register to clients on a speculative basis to secure further interviews
• Checks formatted CV and ensure of high standard for submission
• Delivers a professional and high standard write up for e-mail's submission to client
• Always secures references before proposing candidates to clients
• Effectively conducts candidate telephone interviews against client requirements
• Qualifies candidates in full and gains commitment on key items such as rate, salary, benefits and desired locations
• Logs all activity on Bullhorn and understands inputs for new placements, amendments, extensions & leavers
• Collaborating effectively with others
