Responsibilities:
• Set an example in terms of service, products, and guidance of the team that reflects the concept
• Co-ordinate between beverage & kitchen to ensure smooth flow of service
• Manage and oversee the handling of guests, recommendation of food and beverage items, taking orders, and processing and presentation of guest bills
• Communicate any comments, complaints, and suggestions relating to the operation to the General Manager
• Ensure the proper handling of all equipment as well as its cleanliness and state of maintenance
• Utilize the guest feedback to improve service standards and create and maintain a guest history file
• Ensure that all bills have been closed off at the end of the day and ensure each cash-up is complete
• Conduct monthly inventory of operating supplies and equipment together with the restaurant team
