Job Description

- Achieve or exceed orexceeding allocated sales target to contribute to company s sales and returns objectives
- Follow the KIA Sales process standards (Prospecting, meeting, negotiating, delivering etc.) to deliver the highest lead of customer service to achieve the companys objectives of customer loyalty and retention
- Maintaining awareness of the automotive industry, technicaldevelopments, market trends, competitoranalysis and Auto Finance knowledge tohelp achieve personal target and company s objectives and provide feedback for future planning
- Provide weekly and monthly action plans and daily sales activities report to direct manager to ensure target and other KPI s are on track
- Keeping records and documentation to be aligned with rules, policies, regulations and procedures
- Create maintain and provide accurate timely sales reports and forecasts
- Maintain, develop and build relations with existing and new customers via meetings, calls, emails.
Requirements
University degree in business or equivalent
2- 3 years experience in Sales (preferably in Auto sales or auto Finance)
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in English language
UAE drivers license and Own a car
Team player
Self motivated and ability to work under pressure
Microsoft applicationsability to work on
